Packers tight end Luke Musgrave reportedly spent some time in the hospital with what his coach described as “a pretty significant injury.”
Per The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman, coach Matt LaFleur said the rookie had to be hospitalized due to an abdomen injury and it was a “scary situation.” But thankfully it sounds like Musgrave is out and on the road to recovery.
LaFleur said Musgrave has been in the hospital because of his abdomen injury. Didn’t say anything during the game about it.

Musgrave was listed on Monday’s estimated practice report as a “non-participant” due to the injury. Meaning the Packers didn’t hold a practice that day, but Musgrave would have sat out had the team taken the field.
The first-year TE finished Sunday’s game with four catches for 28 yards and no reports on game day that suggested he was playing through an injury.
This’ll definitely be something to monitor ahead of Thanksgiving Day.
