The Green Bay Packers roster is set to get a major boost on Sunday.
Green Bay has already locked up the No. 1 overall seed in the NFC, but the Packers plan on playing their starters – at least for a little while – on Sunday against Detroit.
One key Packers player is set to make his return from injury, too.
Green Bay has officially activated star offensive lineman David Bakhtiari on Sunday morning prior to the Week 18 game.
“It doesn’t matter how you say it… BAK IS BACK!” Green Bay tweeted.

Unsurprisingly, Packers fans are extremely pumped to have their big-time offensive lineman back.
“I’m happy for this but I think we should save him for the playoffs so we don’t risk injuring him in a meaningless game,” one fan tweeted.
“He will play for some plays not a lot just to get the feeling of a game again,” another fan added on social media.
“As a new convert to the NFL and a new Packers fan I cannot wait to see this guy play for the first time!!!! He’s one of my favorites from seeing his antics on Packers social media. He’s what we call a “Reyt Lad” where I’m from in Yorkshire,” another fan added.
Officially active: Jared Goff, David Bakhtiari, Julio Jones.
Officially inactive: Tee Higgins, Aaron Jones, Penei Sewell, Kareem Hunt.
