The Jacksonville Jaguars completed an interview with Green Bay Packers personnel executive Jon-Eric Sullivan for the team’s open general manager job, the team announced on Friday.
Sullivan, who has spent over two decades in the personnel department with the Packers, previously interviewed with the New York Jets and Tennessee Titans during the 2025 general manager hiring cycle but did not land either job.
The Jaguars were late into the cycle after parting ways with Trent Baalke on Jan. 22. The team hired Liam Cohen of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to be the new head coach after dismissing Doug Pederson earlier in January.
Sullivan is currently the Packers’ vice president of player personnel under Brian Gutekunst. He was previously the co-director of player personnel and the director of college scouting, and he has extensive experience as a scout on both the pro and college side.
Sullivan is the ninth official interview for the job in Jacksonville.
Sullivan, who played receiver at South Carolina and Gardner-Webb, is the son of longtime football coach Jerry Sullivan.
