Check out the predictions for Wisconsin vs. Iowa on Saturday.
Fresh off a 28-13 loss to the No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions, the Wisconsin Badgers have another big game on the schedule, as they face off against the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, with kickoff set for 6:30 p.m.
The Badgers, standing at 5-3, have lost their three games to top-15 opponents, but have managed to beat the remainder of their schedule, leading to a 3-2 conference record.
Meanwhile, the Hawkeyes, who stand at 5-3, are coming off a 40-14 win over the Northwestern Wildcats, leading to them having a 3-2 conference record as well.

Prediction
This is a game I’ve been flipping back and forth on all week, and the odds essentially call it an even game in this rivalry matchup.
Both teams have a similar identity: they need to run the ball well, play stout defense, and not have many turnovers in the passing game to win.
Wisconsin was very competitive against a tough Penn State team, and they’ve had a nice last month of football, but Iowa is Iowa, and they have one of the best running backs in the nation in Kaleb Johnson, who has already rushed for 1,144 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 7.8 yards per carry.
Johnson has had a touchdown in every game this year, and he’s scored multiple touchdowns in six of the eight games this season.
Iowa’s defense has some different pieces compared to last year, but it’s still a Phil Parker defense, although the team has struggled at times, giving up 32 points to Michigan State two weeks ago.
Ultimately, in a Kinnick Stadium environment, it’s hard for me to go against Iowa in what I expect to be a low-scoring game between the two tough teams. Give me the Hawkeyes 17-13.
My prediction: Iowa -2.5.
