Can the Badgers continue to ride their hot streak on Saturday night?
Fresh off a 3-0 sweep over the Troy Trojans on Friday, the Wisconsin Badgers are looking to close out their weekend series when they face off against the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday, with first serve set for 7:00 p.m.
Currently riding a nice five-game winning streak, the Badgers had a strong outing at the UW Field House, finishing strong for a 25-18, 25-13, 25-14 win over their opponents, improving to 5-3 on the season.
They’ll now cap off their home stretch with a match against Texas A&M, who have started the year hot with an 8-0 record.
Of their eight wins, five have come by sweep for the Aggies, who are facing their first ranked opponent of the season when they travel to the Field House on Saturday.
Most recently, Texas A&M was able to beat Northern Iowa 3-1, and they’ll look to remain undefeated against Wisconsin.
Will it be the Badgers extending their winning streak to six? Or can Texas A&M pull off the upset and start the year 9-0?
