The Badgers have a loaded injury report for the major game, as several players are questionable. Both linebackers Jaheim Thomas and Tackett Curtis are questionable, which could be a big hit for the team’s inside linebacker depth.
Even if both play, it could mean a bigger role for Christian Alliegro, who had 15 snaps a week ago.
Wide receiver Bryson Green is questionable again, and head coach Luke Fickell had hoped last week would’ve been his return week. But, Green did not play and will give it another go on Saturday.
Additionally, tight end JT Seagraves is questionable again.
On the Iowa side, the Hawkeyes are down two quarterbacks, as Cade McNamara, who has been Iowa’s starter this season is out, while redshirt freshman Marco Lainez, who was the No. 2 on the depth chart this week will miss the game as well.
The Hawkeyes could also be without top tight end Luke Lachey, who is questionable as well.
