The Badgers will look to rebound from their recent losses on Saturday against Butler.
Fresh off an 86-80 loss to the Illinois Fighting Illini, the No. 20 Wisconsin Badgers are taking on the Butler Bulldogs, with tip-off set for 1:30 p.m. at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday.
The Badgers had a strong start to the season, winning their first eight games, but they have lost their last three games, falling short against both the Michigan Wolverines, the Marquette Golden Eagles, and the Illinois Fighting Illini.
As a result, they stand at 8-3 on the season and they’ll look to snap that three-game losing streak against Butler on Saturday in what should be another tough game.
Butler, standing at 7-3, is coming off consecutive losses, including a 71-68 defeat to North Dakota State most recently, and has a rough stretch ahead with Wisconsin on Saturday and Marquette up next.
Wisconsin’s play hasn’t been up to par over their losing streak, as stars John Tonje and Steven Crowl have struggled, leading to not enough offense, while the defense has broken down,
