The Badgers have their next entry in the transfer portal two days after the season ended.
The Wisconsin Badgers have their second player entering the transfer portal, as senior outside linebacker Leon Lowery announced his intentions to move on with one year of eligibility remaining, he announced on Sunday.

Lowery, a rising redshirt senior from Elizabeth, New Jersey, had come to Wisconsin in the offseason hoping for a big year after transferring in from Syracuse.
However, while serving as a full-time starter, Lowery struggled to get going this season, finishing the year with 29 tackles, 11 pressure, and just one sack.
Lowery ranked fourth on the team with pressures behind Darryl Peterson, John Pius, and Elijah Hills, and couldn’t really get much going all season long when it came to rushing the passer.
The outside linebacker spent his first four seasons at Syracuse, redshirting one of the years, before coming to Madison this past offseason. Now, for his sixth and final season of eligibility, Lowery will hit the transfer portal for his third home.
He joins quarterback Cole LaCrue as Wisconsin’s two transfers to announce they’re entering the portal thus far.
