A Badgers freshman transfer has a new home.
The Wisconsin Badgers have seen a whopping 25 transfers out of their program this offseason as they undergo a major retool.
A number of those transfers have already found new homes, including redshirt freshman Nate White, who announced his commitment to South Dakota State on Sunday.

White, a three-star recruit in the Class of 2023, was recruited by the old coaching staff and stayed committed to Wisconsin after the coaching change to head coach Luke Fickell.
Initially brought in as a running back, White converted to a wide receiver last offseason due to an overabundance of depth in the backfield, but it seems he will return to play running back at South Dakota State.
A track star in high school, White’s speed and ability to work in open space is his calling card, and he’ll look for more playing time at one of the top FCS programs in the nation.
The Badgers lost two running backs this offseason, as White and starter Tawee Walker both transferred out of the program, while bringing in no additional bodies as they look to hand the backfield off to sophomores Darrion Dupree and Dilin Jones.
But, White has a new home, where he’ll have three years of eligibility remaining.
