The Badgers are getting in the race for a top 2026 in-state recruit.
The Wisconsin Badgers extended an offer to 2026 in-state forward Vaughn Karvala on Friday, he announced.

Karvala, a native of Oregon, Wisconsin, stands 6’5, 170 pounds, and has been one of the bigger risers in the 2026 class in the state.
The Badgers become Karvala’s third offer after Marquette extended a scholarship earlier this month to the 2026 forward, while Arkansas State has offered as well.
Seen as a three-star talent and the top recruit in the state of Wisconsin in the Class of 2026, Karvala should continue to pick up steam on the recruiting trail as he continues to hear from other schools.
The Badgers have focused much of their efforts towards the 2025 class, looking to add another player after landing three-star in-state prospects Zach Kinziger and Will Garlock.
But, they’re also looking ahead to the 2026 class, where Karvala could end up being one of their top targets, and that started with an offer on Friday.
