A commitment date has been set for one of Wisconsin’s top targets in the 2026 recruiting class.
The Wisconsin Badgers have been gaining steam with their 2026 recruiting class, landing commitments from three-star cornerback Carsen Eloms and three-star defensive tackle Carmelow Reed on consecutive days.
That came after a major recruiting weekend for the Badgers, who hosted a slew of top targets for their spring practice on Saturday, with Eloms and Reed both being in attendance.
Another target in attendance this weekend? 2026 three-star safety Nick Reddish.
Reddish, a 5’11, 185-pound safety from North Carolina, has been one of Wisconsin’s top targets at the position in the 2026 class, with safeties coach Jack Cooper being the lead recruiter.
The Badgers got one step closer to the finish line over the weekend, as Reddish announced a top five of Wisconsin, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Indiana. He also set his commitment date for July 11th, which comes after official visits.
Reddish is expected to visit all of his top schools on official visits in the summer before his commitment date, and the safety is currently crystal balled to Notre Dame.
But, Wisconsin is a player in the recruitment and has made it to the final group for the coveted safety. Can they find a way to close over the next few months?
