Are you ready for MORE March basketball?
Have to say it out loud: Today’s national television schedule is not quite as crowded as yesterday’s was. Only 25 nationally televised college basketball games today, but the good news is that the women’s game is providing a ton of drama to watch.
We’ve got FIVE ranked on ranked games in the women’s game going on today, starting right out of the gate with #25 Louisville at #3 Notre Dame. That leads into #15 Kentucky visiting #6 South Carolina, and that will take you into #12 Ohio State on the road against #19 Maryland. From there, you’re going to have to make choices, as #16 Duke at #24 Florida State starts 90 minutes later, followed by #10 TCU at #17 Baylor (go MU alum Nicki Collen) 30 minutes after that.
The only men’s basketball game today with two ranked teams is #11 Wisconsin at #8 Michigan State, and that one should be interesting relative to MSU getting a chance to slow down UW’s fireballing offense.
The men’s game also gives us #18 Memphis on the road against UAB in what could be a nice chance for drama. We get chances for upsets on the women’s side with #9 NC State traveling for a game at SMU as well as #14 Kansas State going up to Hilton to play Iowa State.
There’s a bunch of stuff that’s streaming only, including a ranked vs ranked game in the SEC on SEC Network+, so if you land on something great, throw a heads up comment down below so everyone can tune in.
Here’s the full national television schedule for the day, with all times Central, as always.
