With Damian Lillard now off to Milwaukee, the Portland Trail Blazers appear to be in rebuild mode. One player who could be used to help continue that rebuild is guard Jrue Holiday.
Appearing on Get Up this morning, ESPN NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that there are at least three teams expressing interest in the two-time All-Star guard. The teams he named are the Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers and the Boston Celtics.
Woj added that the Blazers are probably “gonna move pretty quickly” on trading Holiday now that Lillard is gone.
Clippers fans on social media seem to be the most intrigued by the idea of getting him:
Woj says the Clippers, Sixers, and Celtics are among those seriously interested in Jrue Holiday.

“Clippers getting Jrue before Media Day would be crazy,” one Clippers fan wrote in a repost.
“What a dub this would be for the Clippers if their package nets Holiday instead,” wrote another.
“Jrue fits All-LA team with the Clippers…” a third pointed out.
Jrue Holiday is coming off the second All-Star season of his 14-year career. He started 65 of 67 games for the Milwaukee Bucks and was a part of the Bucks’ 2021 NBA Championship team.
Where do you think Jrue Holiday will play this coming season?
