Giannis Antetokounmpo reiterated at media day that he won’t sign an extension with the Milwaukee Bucks this year as it makes financial sense for him to wait. Antetokounmpo can sign a four-year, $233 million extension next offseason.
Antetokounmpo expressed an uneasiness about the direction of the Bucks this offseason, but they responded by trading for Damian Lillard.
“I want to be a Milwaukee Buck for the rest of the my career, as long as we are winning,” said Antetokounmpo. “The commitment from the team for me, is there.”
