Optimism is on the upswing as Milwaukee enters the postseason hot
In this week’s Tuesday Tracker, we got your playoff predictions in advance of the Bucks’ first-round matchup with the Pacers. We also checked in on Damian Lillard and which Indiana stars may give Milwaukee nightmares. Here are the highlights:
- 82% of our respondents believe the Bucks will take the series, with 61% of them predicting a victory in six games. Compare that to national polling, which is much more split at 51-49. FanDuel has the Pacers at -178, down from -220 before the Dame news broke.
- A plurality (43%) believe they’ll top out in the second round, but a decent 41% think they’ll get further, perhaps to the NBA Finals. 36% feel the team could win the title in its current state, though a majority (54%) disagree.
- Voters were pessimistic about Damian Lillard’s chances of returning, with 82% not anticipating him to play in the first round. The vast majority of these votes came in before Thursday’s news.
- Tyrese Haliburton is the player many are concerned about (47%), though 29% feel Pascal Siakam presents a larger problem for Milwaukee.
- Despite finishing a game worse in the standings, fans polled think this year’s team is better than last year’s by an overwhelming 86-14 margin.
- Opinion is very much split on Doc Rivers after the Bucks’ strong finish to the regular season, but Jon Horst’s approval rating sits at 59% vs. only 19% disapproving.

Thanks again for voting! Check back on Tuesday for another slate of questions.
