The Brewers are two-time defending division champions, but will other teams threaten that status in 2025?
Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the MLB. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Milwaukee Brewers fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
In this week’s Reacts survey, we asked fans who they thought would claim the NL Central in 2025. Coming off back-to-back division titles, it was clear from the results that Brewers’ fans believe the team is primed for a three-peat this year.

In one of the quieter divisions in terms of offseason moves, the Brewers’ biggest changes come at shortstop and on the mound, as Willy Adames and Devin Williams are gone, and Jose Quintana and Nestor Cortes are in. Elsewhere in the division, the Reds made several trades and hired Terry Francona as manager, the Cubs traded for Kyle Tucker and traded away Cody Bellinger and Isaac Paredes, and the Cardinals and Pirates did virtually nothing, though the Pirates at least have some youth, unlike St. Louis.
Given that most pundits have picked the Cubs to take the division (for the second year in a row), it’ll be interesting to see if the Brewers can once again prove everyone wrong as they fight for another playoff spot.
